Pedagogical Technology of Artillery Intelligence Officers` Professional and Physical Training for Combat Missions

The need to maintain the combat readiness of servicemen at the appropriate professional level is the goal and the main condition for their successful performance of combat mission to protect our state from the aggressor by the russia federation. Russia builds-up near the Ukrainian borders the troops with a powerful offensive potential, the creation of new ones, the expansion and modernization of existing bases and military infrastructure can give the aggressor a certain advantage. Under these conditions, the role of the initial period of hostilities increased, the main content of which is the protective combat missions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including the use of artillery units of the Land Forces of Ukraine. Сonsidering that the Armed Forces of Ukraine take part in hostilities, there is a need to find toolkits, methods and physical training programs that would provide quality support for servicemen professional efficiency and performance of the combat mission. The Purpose of the Resarch is to substantiate and test the pedagogical technology effectiveness of artillery intelligence officers` physical and military training. Methods of the Research – analysis of scientific and documentary sources, observation, testing; pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Results of the Research. The effectiveness of the developed pedagogical technology was tested during a pedagogical experiment in which 26 artillery intelligence officers of the experimental group (EG) and 27 servicemen of the control group (CG) took part. The pedagogical experiment was conducted by the 184th Training Center of the National Academy of Land Forces for one year. The effectiveness of the developed pedagogical technology has been experimentally confirmed (p<0,05).
