Publication Ethics

The journal “Physical Education, Sport and Health Culture in Modern Society” strives for a high standard of editorial ethics. The editorial board operates in compliance with the recommendations of the World Association of Medical Editors on the principles of ethics relating to scientific publications. Issues of individuals’ conflicts of interest are resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine in the field of intellectual property. In submitting an article for publication, the author thus agrees to place his full text on the Internet, and agrees with the recommendations of the World Association of Medical Editors and the COPE Standards on the Principles of Ethics of Scientific Publications. To ensure the standards of ethics and quality of the publication, the editorial staff follows the recommendations of the Committee of Publication Ethics Code of Conduct and Best Practices for Journalists and Code of Conduct for Journalists Publishers (CODE OF CONDUCT FOR JOURNAL PUBLISHERS). Authors give their consent for the collection and processing of personal data in order to be included in the database in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Protection of Personal Data" of June 1, 2010. The names and emails specified by users of this publication's site will only be used for internal technical tasks; they will not be distributed and will not be passed on to unauthorized persons.
