The Emergence of Sports Association Dynamo in Volyn and its Development Trends

Abstract

Topicality. Physical Culture and Sports Association Dynamo has contributed to the development of sports among employees and Volyn citizens. PE and trainings of Olympic and non-Olympic athletes have been developed in the process of historical development. However, unfortunately, it has declined somewhat in recent years, and the results are confused and forgotten over the years. The Purpose of the Research is to reveal the historical preconditions for the formation and development of the Sports Association Dynamo in Volyn. Research Methods. Archival research and data analysis, reports of the Sports Association Dynamo, the sports department of the Volyn Regional State Administration, surveys of sports clubs and schools` coaches and managers, Internet sources. Research Results. Analysis and generalization of archival data, surveys of athletes, coaches, and officials provided an opportunity to reveal the historical development of the Sports Association Dynamo in Volyn. In 1991, after the collapse of the USSR, the association was able to maintain the sports organization, sports and create its own organization structure. Over the years, the number of the Olympic and non-Olympic sports programs has gradually increased in Volyn. During the period of Ukrainian independence have been prepared 12 participants of the Olympic Games, 3 Honored Masters of Sports of Ukraine, 10 International Class Masters of Sports of Ukraine, 30 Masters of Sports of Ukraine from the Olympic program and 1 Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine, 7 International Class Masters of Sports of Ukraine, 10 Masters of Sports of Ukraine from the non-Olympic sports. Conclusions. The historical and pedagogical analysis of the formation and development of the Sports Association Dynamo in Volyn gave the opportunity to reveal certain features of its activity in the time of the USSR as well as independent Ukraine. The Sports Association Dynamo made a significant contribution to the development of sports and mass work in Volyn and Ukraine. This association has trained high-ranking Olympic and non-Olympic athletes.
