Theoretical and Methodological Justification of Model of Future Coaches- Teachers’ Logistic Competence Formation

Topicality. The holding of the Olympic Games, the World and European Championships, Formula One and other major competitions has helped to renew not only the high-achievement sports facilities, but also facilities for mass sports. It is logistics that solves the issue of an integrated approach to improving the quality of their service. Therefore, every sports organization needs strong, professional training, which includes logistics competence, to improve service and meet customer needs. The Purpose of the Research is to develop and characterize the main components of the model of coaches-teachers` logistic competence formation. Methods of the Research: analysis and generalization of research data of methodological literature and Internet information sources; study and systematization of the education program «Physical Culture and Sports» of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 017 «Physical Culture and Sports» as well as theoretical simulation methods. Results of the Research. It is substantiated the importance of the logistic approach in the field of physical culture and sports. The components and methodological approaches to the formation of logistics competence are analyzed. The main pedagogical conditions that underlie the model of formation of logistical competence of future trainers-teachers such as conditions-preconditions, situational conditions and conditions-requirements are characterized. The main logistical competencies of future specialists in physical culture and sports are highlighted. The main levels of motivation for the formation of logistics competence are identified. Methods and technologies of the coaches-teachers` logistic competence formation are characterized. The components of logistics competence are determined depending on the level of its formation. The types` control content that reveals the formation of logistical competence formation is analyzed and determined. Conclusions. The main components of the model of coaches-teachers` logistic competence formation have been developed. There is a positive tendency in the process of professional training of future coaches- teachers. If necessary, the model can be replenished with new components.
