Problems of Training and Managing in Physical Education and Sports in the Context of Public-Private Partnership in Ukraine

Actuality. There is a need to improve the system of training and managing in the sphere of physical culture and sports in the context of public-private partnership in Ukraine. Aim. To analyze the problems of cooperation in the state government, local govern-ment and the private sector, to define the peculiarities in the system of training specialists for management in the sphere of physical culture and sports in the process of public-private partner-ship under market conditions. Results. The modern problems of training managers, their various relations under market conditions have been investigated. Conclu-sions. The systems of training and managing should be imple-mented taking into account the resources of the private sector, activating innovative activities, forming effective investment policy and social infrastructure to achieve the strategic goal – accelerating the development of physical culture and sports at the national and local levels.References
