The article addresses the relevance of implementing corrective and preventive measures in the training of young swimmers. The main structural components of the program aimed at maintaining health, preventing musculoskeletal disorders, and optimizing the training process are defined. The purpose of the study is to develop the structure and content of a corrective and preventive program for young swimmers with posture disorders. Research methods include theoretical analysis of specialized scientific and methodological literature and modeling. The developed program of corrective and preventive measures includes the following elements: goals and objectives, organizational and methodological principles, principles, methods and means of conducting classes, a scheme of corrective and preventive measures within a training session, frequency and duration of classes, and three parts of the program comprising 20 complexes performed according to the program’s block diagram, as well as control and efficiency criteria. The second and third parts of the program involve the implementation of complexes based on the principle of microcycle loading. Each microcycle includes three complexes, performed two days each. Training sessions were conducted six times a week for six months. Each session began with a warm-up including corrective exercises and activation of all body systems (15 minutes) in the gym, followed by an additional 10 minutes in water to complete the warm-up with corrective exercises aimed at improving swimming technique and posture correction. Conclusions: The developed corrective and preventive measures are aimed at correcting and preventing posture disorders and improving the physical fitness level of young swimmers.
